Hotel and meal reservations will be included in the TAWA block if you indicate as such. Each vehicle registration includes one (1) meal package. Additional meal packages will be manually reconciled at the close of event and vehicle registration.

Welcome to registration for the 2018 Texas Truck Rodeo to be held at the Longhorn River Ranch! Our host hotel is once again the Sonesta, and our reservation portal will take you directly to their system for your convenience. Journalist members will be confirmed against a list of members eligible to attend the event and receive the full list of designation value items.

The 2018 Texas Truck Rodeo builds on the success of the new home established in 2016: the Longhorn River Ranch located in a picturesque Texas Hill Country setting west of Austin, near Dripping Springs. With spectacular elevation changes and, with around 1,632 acres, is roughly 50% larger than our previous venue, giving us the option for more varied and challenging off-road courses than ever before. On-road drive routes follow the winding river roads along Onion Creek and stints at highway speeds more closely represent drive cycles Texans experience everyday.

This year there will again be NO EMBARGO for the awards announcement. We encourage live streaming, social media coverage as the announcements are made. News outlets who want to report the results are encouraged to attend and report from the awards ceremony.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

All registrants are empowered to make and manage their own hotel room reservations. Upon successful event registration, attendees will receive booking codes and instructions via confirmation e-mail. To reserve your hotel room for the Truck Rodeo, you will need to contact the Sonesta Bee Cave Hotel directly online.

You will need a credit card to complete the reservation.

Our room block closes on Sunday September 30, 2018. It's possible our room block will fill before that date, so reserve your room early if you're coming!

Journalist Members

TAWA will be paying for your hotel room on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights if needed. Your credit card will only be used for incidentals and can be changed at check-in, should you desire. You are subject to the terms, including cancellation policies, you agree to in the registration form.
