Fabian is Director of Operations for Redan Bilingual Media, the largest bilingual media company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
As a son of Mexican and Cuban immigrants, he is personally driven to equip organizations in connecting and communicating with the Hispanic market in authentic, purposeful, sustainable ways. He leverages his deep expertise of the Hispanic community with his passion for providing customized grassroots marketing and advertising programs.
Fabian has been in automotive journalism and a member of TAWA since 2008. His automotive reviews focus on the "common person's" perspective, targeting the exploding Hispanic market. He also helps his audience get a general understanding of the vehicles he test drives. He has been published in Mercado Bilingue (125,000 monthly circulation), LaEstrella EnCasa (125,000 weekly circulation) and online at www.iambilingue.com.
Since 2001, Fabian and the Redan team have worked closely with a wide range of successful companies including: 7-Eleven, Time Warner Cable, Bridgestone-Firestone, Ford Motor Co., Verizon, the Texas Rangers, the Dallas Cowboys, the Dallas Mavericks, Charter Communications, Cinemark, and Chrysler Group. Fabian has guided these companies on their Hispanic market initiatives—from curriculum development, training, and sales to customer service and organizational strategy.
In September 2009, he was honored as the Top Print Media Professional of the Year by Portada at the Third Annual Hispanic Digital and Print Media Conference in New York City.
Fabian has dedicated himself as a mentor to the next generation of creators and leaders. Following a personal experience in high school with a mentor who challenged him, Fabian has now spent the last 15 years investing time with others by challenging them to work hard, live passionately, and pursue both higher education and their wildest dreams.
Fabian lives in Denton with his wife, Becky, daughter, Eva and son, Simon. Whenever possible, he's "conducting business" on a mountain bike trail or over a craft brew at his favorite local pub.
