He has been named to Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Cadillac’s Spirit of Innovation, is a Director of the Texas Lyceum and serves on several for-and-not-for-profit boards. He is currently serving his second term as Vice President of the Texas Auto Writers Association responsible for events. In this role he has designed and implemented an industry association first electronic awards voting and election system, vehicle drive and driver tracking system, provided direction for the rebranding and graphic identity of the Association and lead the architecture and deployment of a comprehensive membership management and website platform deployed the first quarter of 2014. Nic currently serves as President and CEO of wattsON Power - his latest venture focusing on the development and distribution of highly efficient electric motor and generator technology for the large-scale energy and mission-critical power systems industry with applications in automotive.
